Features:- Everyone that needs access can choose their own way to unlock, whether it's the keypad, voice assistant, Auto-Unlock or the Yale Access App on your smartphone or Apple Watch. This product will not work outside of the U.S. or Canada.
- Never worry again about remembering to lock the door. Yale can be set to Auto-Lock once DoorSense detects that the door is closed.
- We know that even when you're not home, it's still on your mind, and your to-do list. Lock-up, let someone in, receive notifications and share access from anywhere using the Yale Access App.
- Share unlimited codes with family, friends, and service people for simple, trackable access to your home, using the Yale Access App, so you'll never hide a key again.
- For those times when your hands are full, Yale can get the door as you get home. With optional Auto-Unlock, you won't need to touch the lock, or your phone.

I bought one for my sister that said wi-fi and came with a module, but only would connect remotely if you plugged in a separate dongle or hub into the wall, so she had to buy that for it to work outside the house.

All I see is this one has a keyhole and the Costco one doesn't. Are there any other differences?

The Costco one is Bluetooth only and you have to buy a wifi module separately and other smart home feature differences

Personally, I might go for the one with a fingerprint reader for a bit more.
What I learned is you need to have a plan to get in the house if lock didn't work before you install electronic lock.
"There are some major things wrong with this lock, which resulted in us getting LOCKED OUT OF OUR HOUSE, and needing to call a locksmith, who had to drill our door to get us access.
- The plan if the batteries die, is to plug in a 9 volt underneath, to give you enough power to enter your code to get in and change the batteries. When you search online you will see HUNDREDS of FAQ's and videos showing you this. BUT with the Yale Lock 2, it is a "sleeker" design that is thinner, which means there literally isn't enough room to plug in a 9 volt underneath. The battery can't connect. So the videos you see of this are completely irrelevant. When I called their customer service, they literally admitted this. The "sleeker design" is their terminology. But they offer zero assistance."
