I have all 3 major brands of batteries, and this one under performs them all, overloading, and capacity.

Warranty length is decent. Customer service is bad. I ended up paying for a replacement from bluetti thru lowes and returning the defective unit back in that box.

Theres was no serial number on the box or the device itself

EDIT: might have been on the bottom of the device, but not on the box or reciept to compare it to. Lady opened it and took a quick glance.

Dont normally do stuff like that but Bluetti support gave me the run around i guess to frustrate me and hope i give up. They gave no other option

From what i gathered its not a Lowes stocked item. Its sold by Bluetti thru the lowes website like a 3rd party seller. Figure it doesnt hurt Lowes besides the minuscule labor to process a locker pickup and to process the return back to bluetti.

I wouldn't get this based on customer service alone. I've read a lot of comments about how terrible their customer service is. Anker seemed to have the most responsive customer service based on research.
