EDIT: might have been on the bottom of the device, but not on the box or reciept to compare it to. Lady opened it and took a quick glance.
Dont normally do stuff like that but Bluetti support gave me the run around i guess to frustrate me and hope i give up. They gave no other option
From what i gathered its not a Lowes stocked item. Its sold by Bluetti thru the lowes website like a 3rd party seller. Figure it doesnt hurt Lowes besides the minuscule labor to process a locker pickup and to process the return back to bluetti.
DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT CONDONE OR APPROVE OF THAT BEHAVIOR.

I brought the AC180 on prime day. The manual said 85% minimum conversion efficiency. I got 20% kWh less capacity even when I discounted the conversion lost. I am the process of returning it.
By the way, I highly recommend people use Kill A Watts meter (or something similar) to verify the kWh capacity. Just like many of those USB power banks, they can over stated the kWh or bad unit.
To determine the price for the BLUETTI AC70P if it were to sell at $280 per kWh, the formula is:
Price=Target Cost per kWh×Battery Capacity (kWh)Price=Target Cost per kWh×Battery Capacity (kWh)
Target Cost per kWh: $280, Battery Capacity: 0.864 kWh
Price would have to be =$280×0.864= $241.92 - Good luck with that. What others comparably built and rated in this price range are you seeing, because I'd sure like to know.
Ugreen never actually made expansion batteries the product page talks about, that was a yellow flag for me. people speculated it may not be a product line they continue, more of a firesale. we will see. firmware updates continued support can be useful.
Still in the market, keep examples coming.
