A month later, Discord said my membership was acquired fraudulently and removed the remaining 11 months. Thankfully, a brief email to Eneba with proof that Discord removed my membership got me a full refund.
So Eneba usually is okay and is willing to make things right but the way some of their sellers acquire these goods definitely poses a risk.
