Zamberlan's size chart shows 42.5 EU = 8.5 US, Sierras website shows the conversion if you click on the size.

I did not find info on the wide vs normal but most of the boots do not have wide sizes

I have hiked over 2000 miles in these boots. They are great. They feel best on the trail but could be worn around too. These are real hiking boots not just fashion shoes.
