"For lifetime accounts, data will be deleted after 3 years of inactivity. To keep your account active, you only need to log in once every 3 years."
Fyi. Not a harsh selection policy, but good to know

is this a known company? tons of no name cloud storage startups out there, most "lifetimes" are not very long..

this is 1TB for $110

Filen is legit. I've been using them for years, it was started by a professor of a Germany university (I think he's a professor of cryptography) and some students, but they've expanded from being a project to being a full time thing. Not sure they will be around in 20 years like Google, Microsoft or Apple - but they produce pretty good papers on their technology which makes me feel safe that my files are secure with end to end encryption.
Also been using Koofr (that you link to) and they are also a surprisingly robust service that has been working great for years. Per default they don't offer end-to-end encryption, but they do offer it through their vault service which is free to use and fully compatible with open source tool rclone. Smilie
You can't go wrong with either one, but for ease of setup, Filen is best if you want a secure e2ee service. However, their servers are in Germany and Koofr offers US servers, so you will get better latency (speed) with Koofr.

You can use Filen for free. You get 10GB, but if you use a referral code you get 20GB and then you can refer people to get additional 10GB up to 50GB. Here's my referral code for the free 10GB

Edit:
I've reached my referral max. Here are other referrals on Reddit
