And, it seems a slightly better deal on the twin pack. For consideration:
"TheraTears Dry Eye Therapy Lubricating Eye Drops for Dry Eyes, 1 fl oz bottle Twin Pack, (2 x 30mL Bottles)"- $25.96 $11.69

Edit: I just ordered the PF vials from Amazon a week ago, the first shipment had the box seal broken and expires 2/25, had to call to get them replaced because they are not returnable, the replacement came but was expired 7/24! Check the expiration date when you get yours!
My guess is, you should look really closely on the labal and even check the box. I compared the ingredients on the Triple Relief and my Dry Relief and the ingredients are slightly different (among the inactive).
If the triple relief wasn't so expensive, I'd use it more too.

All I can say is, it says that on my label. The kicker?
I tried to search for the label online for the same bottle, and the label doesn't say it. But the label on the back of my bottle which doesn't follow the same style clearly says to discard it.
I'll search around and ordered this Thera Tears one for now.
