I was able to combine these some time ago, basically making the WM+ membership free. You can go to CS in WM and cash out the $50.

I also have the offer in my app. No need to go to Onn product page - it was right there when I launched the Walmart app. $50 cash already in the account - hope the Amex Cashback also works.

Got the Amex offer in my blue cash preferred, but no offer for $50 Walmart cash either in the Walmart app on Android or through a browser. I only have a link to reactivate Walmart+ for $98 annual.

Ugh, removed The Onn 4k streamer from my cart with the $5 Walmart cash offer applied to see if I could generate the $50 offer, now I lost the $5 for the streamer. Oh well, will probably wait until the streamer drops further in price now, don't really need it anyway.

Same. I clocked the link on the Onn streamer product page earlier today but didn't have my Amex card with me so didn't go though with it. Came home and couldn't find the offer on the onn page anymore, but when I opened the app to see if I can find it there it greeted me with the offer. Not sure if that was because I had clicked the link earlier or if it was coincidence. I signed up and already have the Wally cash in my account (it shows a $0 balance on the overview page but when it shows $50 when I click on it.
I also have an offer in WM+ for $10 after watching a video, placing a delivery order, and signing up for paramount+ (free with WM+).

Edit: it's a day later and I received an email from Amex acknowledging that I have redeemed the offer.

I have Walmart Plus and twice in the past week the delivery was shipped to the wrong address. Both times it was items I needed right away. I had to call Walmart and waste 10 minutes getting a refund. This also happened in February. Needless to say I was upset and cancelled my membership.

I second that. Walmart's delivery is the worst. At least in my area, it's always someone that can't read or speak English, not able to follow delivery instructions. So many times, I've had emails saying delivery was attempted when no one did and my order got returned to a store. So frustrating.
