Buddy of mine did this and found out he had a half sister and a half brother and connected with a side of the family he had no idea about. Sometimes these situations can be awful, but he was excited as they were and visit all the time now.

For anyone who is actually interested in a DNA test, note that any thumbs down aren't related to the quality of the product or whether this is a good deal, but rather privacy skepticism. I personally have found value in the product, and this is actually a good price if you're wanting to do one of these tests. Note that this specific version comes with "Traits", which from what I've seen is rarely at this price.
