Download the Costco app so you can use the QR code in your phone for the gas pump as well as the store entrance - no need for a physical card.

I am bombastic about my travel pack. But its developed a tear on the shoulder strap where it meets the bag. Put in a warranty claim. Its been a week, no response since the confirmation email. I don't think its unreasonable to get a response in 2-3 days given the price of the bag I bought.
I am sure you will get a response. These companies are not prepared for the Christmas rush and return period with customer service.

Just here to say how awesome the expandable 20L backpack is. I traveled with it recently for a 6 day trip and loved it.
I may go for that.

How long does it take for them to ship? I am going on trip on Wed. I hope it can arrive before.
My sling shipped the following day from Chula Vista, CA.

Standard warranty does not apply to apparel or wallets. We guarantee apparel and wallets against manufacturing defects for 1 Year. NOMATIC Apparel Products and wallets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. https://www.nomatic.com/pages/lif...d_source=1

You got me excited. I was going to RMA my stretched out wallet, but now I stand by my opinion to avoid this wallet.
Contact then anyway. Maybe they will replace it. You never know.

I do like those wallets. My cheapie off brand has lasted years, but its elastic isn't holding like it used to. Ordering one of these, thanks for posting, OP!

Comment was removed and a warning issued because I mentioned your mom. I apologize.

Anyways here's my Nomatic wallet after being stuffed. Now it's totally loose. https://imgur.com/a/pbTK87v If you like to carry a stack of cards and some backup cash this will work for you. But it's not for people who go minimal and only carry 3-4 cards.

From what Nomatic Costco Online offers, I think the Nomatic 20L backpack is the best deal available from the list. Tempted but I already have 2 Nomatic backpacks and 2 wallets. I don't need anymore! Must resist!

Anyone use the nomatic carry out classic? How is it compared to a travelpro crew which is around the same price ~$200

I'm not the biggest fan of nomatic but the navigator 15L backpack for 122 or so seems like a very solid deal.
That's a great deal. I paid $170ish regular price through Costco online. If I didn't have one already, I would have jumped on this deal!

Had the wallet years ago and stopped using it because it damaged my cards (plastic and metal). It also is quite thick compared to options like slimfold because there is 4 layers of the fabric material.

The travel pack seems to be polarizing but I got it during the Black Friday sale from Costco next (20L for $153.xx delivered). Just had a chance to travel with it and I am very happy with its versatility, capacity, and comfort. I had some reservations from the comments on the previous thread but it's my preferred laptop backpack now compared against tumi alpha, multiple Briggs and Riley, aer tech pack 2, ospreys, and many others. There are a lot of pockets meaning no loose items ever, the internal material is very soft to the touch, handles on both sides and top, water bottle holders on both sides (hated that the aer tech pack only had one) that are magnetic and closes flat when not in use, very comfortable and padded shoulder straps and back, top handle is highly padded as well, can open pretty much all the way on all the compartments making it super easy to pack/unpack or look for something, easy to expand to larger size, well padded laptop and tablet compartment (tumi was bad in this regard), free standing even when empty, and the front material appears to be more scuff resistant than the aer which was my previous preferred backpack. There are a lot of complaints about the weight but it's close to the aer and I didn't notice it. I do prefer luggage handle pass through to be vertical (which it is for the 14L version) but you can use the chest strap as a makeshift method.

Because of how much I liked the nomatic travel pack, I looked at the luggage too. Seems like the classic carry one has one of the best if not best wheels, tough exterior, and magnetic internal straps. However, it is only 30L capacity while Briggs and Riley at same external dimension is around 37L and rimowa carry on is shorter but wider is also 37L. Seems like it would good for someone that doesn't need to pack much and usually does continental flights but I would prefer to have a little more capacity.
Agreed. I grabbed the 20L travel bag and used it recently and have enjoyed it a ton over my Tumi bag. It fits super well underneath the seat, which i sometimes had trouble with the Tumi for some odd reason.
