It is just a price misprint and Samsung won't let you add it into cart. It is not a real price you can order.

Lately Samsung has been putting stuff on sale but not allowing the orders to go through. The last six orders I made with them, from SSDs to SmartWatches, have all been "Cancelled". Reasons range from "This item is not available in your area." to "This item is not available at this time." Didn't matter if it was Black Friday or any other regular day. I have yet to order anything from Samsung and actually get it.

Was able to place an order $143.99 and not the $140. Not sure if Samsung will deliver as last time around my order was cancelled.
No local pickup was available so have scheduled delivery for Jan 7th ....

Ordered this on Dec 7th, every week shipping is updated and delayed 2 more weeks. Estimated delivery: Jan 22nd lol.
Ordering through samsung is such a waste of time.

Been ~40+ days and they keep updating the shipping to a later date. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything but a phone from Samsung.com.
