Any specific reason why Jomashop would make you hesitate?
Multiple reasons , all from my own experience:
1. They would not hesitate to send you someone's return as a new item. This is especially frustrating when buying an expensive item
2) An absolute absence of customer service. It is impossible to reach over the phone or email, even to resolve a tiniest problem. If they hear you have a real issue, they will keep you forwarding up the chain, hoping that you just give up and go away.
3) If anything is wrong with their shipment , it's your fault. Period. Full stop.
4) Even if you manage to convince them to accept the return (multiple phone calls, voice mails, and emails), you are paying for return shipping, insured, and signature-confirmed. In today's economy, it's around $30-50 plus boxing, packing, and frustration.

5) Their prices are ok, not great, and there are tons of grey market dealers that either sell comparatively or can match joma price.

6) Most importantly, Joma seems to be an SD sponsor, so all Joma deals here get an instant boost and FP, and all critical posts like mine get TD"d to oblivion.

What do you think of this Mido watch? At 43 mm dia, it's big, but I have a big wrist.

I think that's a good deal for a chronometer diver and Mido is a solid underrated brand - 43mm is ok for a diver if you have a big wrist.
