A fair point, and I usually would not have called, but seeing as there was a discrepancy - and what was in the actual product description was not as good a deal as the ad page, I didn't think it was a high risk call.

I don't think it will reduce the deal that was called out in this ad and it may end up improving it for more people.
I probably wouldn't have called if someone else hadn't asked the question of what customer service had to say.

If I did end up messing up the deal, then I apologize to folks.

I see what you are saying there. I just filed my claim, so we'll see what happens when Hisense reviews it. One of the good things about buying from Costco is that I am sure they will honor the advertised deal if this does turn out to be only $50 in Google play credit.

We'll see where this goes.

I just got my gift card for the same deal in Late November and only got $50 from Hisense. I always expected it to be $100, so jumped back here to see what was going on. At this point, I'm not even sure who to call, but it seems like it's a Costco mistake and not Hisense? I've emailed Hisense, so I guess we'll see what happens.

Can anyone send me a screenshot of the Costco site with the $100 gift card? TIA

Just installed mine. The wife is happy. No shop card yet. The google play card is a digital submission with the paper inside the box. Don't throw it out.
