This is about $10 cheaper (even though have to wait a few weeks for delivery).
That, and the old Kasa energy monitoring plugs that work with Sense. Hopefully at some point they start supporting more plugs, but when they do, I suspect it'll be the Matter ones.
I have a set of these (Tapo Energy Monitoring, non-Matter) plugs already, and I'm disappointed that the Tapo app doesn't offer a unified view of power consumption. To see the energy usage you have to drill down to the individual device, and there you can see real-time, daily, monthly, and yearly useage for that device. But that's it.
The best multi-device view I can get is in the SmartThings app, which is connected to my Tapo account, but it doesn't support the energy monitoring features of all of my Kasa plugs (and I have a lot of those for Sense), so it's ONLY the Tapo energy monitoring.
The purported answer to "Why can't this all work together?" is "Matter" (at least at some point), so again, I recommend getting the Matter version of these plugs. They were 3 for $19 a few days ago on Amazon and I ordered a set.

I guess Kasa might support hubs better than Tapo, but then both brands have devices with Matter support. I don't have a hub (legacy or Matter), so the difference is lost on me.
Matter is supposedly the future of the smart home. Neither this nor the devices you linked support Matter. The Tapo app supports all Kasa devices, but the Kasa app doesn't support Tapo devices. I have found that the SmartThings app supports Energy Monitoring for Tapo plugs, but not Kasa plugs (though supposedly if you have a SmartThings hub there is a driver you can install to support Kasa energy monitoring).
Bottom line: Unless you have a specific use case that requires a specific feature that the device in question supports, get the Tapo Matter plugs (not these, not the Kasa plugs). They will integrate better with future Smart Home equipment.
