Have some P12s with PWMs if you don't need fancy lighting this does the job cheaply and does it well. Has great CFM and stays pretty quiet. Mine does not whine but YMMV.

These are great fans and that's a good price. They're pretty close to on par with Noctua, based on what I've seen. They also have a slim model in the same line that works in tighter spaces. I like using them in chimney-style airflow designs, with the slims drawing in at the bottom and the normal pulling in at the top. Until very recently, most smaller FF cases didn't have room for a 2.5 slot GPU and full size fans at the bottom.

I'm a big fan of these. I've always had good experiences with Arctic fans. I actually spent the money on an equivalent Noctua, since everyone claims they're the best, but I couldn't tell a meaningful difference between them.

Been running these for 3 years now. I have an ITX build so the power sharing connectors are a life saver. Great Noctua alternative, you get 5 for the price of one Noctua fan

Also this is the pressure optimized fans and not flow optimized fans. Usually used for heat sink/radiator applications where high pressure is needed. Flow fans output higher airflow with low pressure applications like being used as case fans.

These can have a little whine to them, I tried them a few years back but I couldn't get over it. Tried like 15 of them. I think it's the blade design, ended up going for some knockoff noctua fans by thermaltake..one of those already failed lol.

Arctic is one of my favorite companies. I have wanted to buy their liquid freezer series for liquid cooling of my PC's cpu. I bought this 5 pack for my RV refrigerator. I put 3 of them in the top of the chimney of the fridge's heat elimination passage since it is an old Ammonia passive refrigerator. Without them in the summer the fridge cannot get cold due to the lingering heat in fridge compartment. With a variable voltage monitor I set the speed for them to blow the heat out. Now on a 105F day I can put anything in this 46 year old fridge and it is nice and cold. Artic made another hit!

I put 6 of the MAX's in my server case (I needed high static pressure, not the same for normal PC cases). Arctic quality is top-notch. I am still really impressed with how high quality they are. I wont be buying noctuas anymore.

More than 3 years, all of them are still working great, almost the best fan you can get at this price.

Been using these fans for years on several different builds. Always had a good experience. Keeps things cool and quiet, and they last longer than you'll have the PC.

Great fans but the droning noise at low RPM was really annoying.
