I have the Blu-ray of interstellar. Will the audio of a 4k stream be up to snuff? I assume the video quality will be better but can someone confirm? I don't have experience with 4K streaming off Amazon. I have an 85" Samsung QLED and 7.1 surround setup if that helps.

Do not buy Interstellar digitally. Nolan movies lose the shifting aspect ratio for all IMAX scenes on all streaming platforms. Disc is the only way to watch this film at home correctly.

Interstellar showed as $5 for UHD for me, but then when I logged in to apply no-rush credits it went up to $6.99.

The regular price for Interstellar seems to be $6.99, not sure if this is that good of a deal

How did the person doing the wikipost figure out which movies you get MA/4K/HDR vs not...would be good to know for other movies purchased from amazon prior to purchase.

Me too. I wonder why I use the slow shipping to get the promo credits. They expire (they shouldn't) and you can't apparently use them when there are other discounts?

I already own this movie so can't duplicate, but in the past Amazon has been weird about showing prices when I have credits. It looked like the price was higher than normal, but when I actually proceeded with the purchase (knowing that I can immediately get a refund if it didn't process correctly) the final order showed the correct price. Can you check if that's the case for you too?

Interstellar is currently streaming on YouTubeTV if you're a subscriber and free on Pluto if you just want to watch.

The streaming audio will almost certainly be Dolby Digital+, which is lossy. Your BluRay is DTS-HD Master Audio, which is lossless.
