As a new customer, I opened a new line and got the Moto G Stylus 5g '24, waited for it to arrive and activated it, then ordered the A9+ on another new line. Only downside is everything unlocks after a year, but I don't really need the phone, and tablet will just be using wifi.
Total was 95 USD. The tablet it self is 150 USD on amazon, so overall pretty slick deal actually.

As a new customer, I opened a new line and got the Moto G Stylus 5g '24, waited for it to arrive and activated it, then ordered the A9+ on another new line. Only downside is everything unlocks after a year, but I don't really need the phone, and tablet will just be using wifi.
Total was 95 USD. The tablet it self is 150 USD on amazon, so overall pretty slick deal actually.

For everyone that had the "contact us" message after trying to place order. Just use a new shipping address. It seems like there's a limit of 2 or 3 devices per shipping ddress.

How about billing, can you use same card and same billing address all the time?

The billing part is the same as your credit card. I had no problem using the same/different card with the same billing address.

I'm an existing Metro customer with a 2 line plan. My plan auto bills each month. If I add this tablet line to get the free tablet, how do I separate out the monthly charge so that I don't have to continue paying on the tablet line but continue my usual phone plan?

After 1 year, does the tablet unlock automatically or do I need to do something to unlock?

Probably will use this device as a WiFi for a year (after 1st month service and not pay after) but hopefully there's a data-only plan free/cheap deal by then.

I have the same question as well. I have 2 existing phone lines and the Samsung Tablet monthly was added to the total billing. How do I separate that Samsung Tablet if I only want it for a month?

Nope, the build-in unlocking program still says 180 days, I just got it unlocked on day 181
