These are 2 separate deals that were available on my Bank of America credit card.
These are the text details for the Royal offer, Celebrity is essentially the same details.
Earn 15% cash back on your cruise when you book with Royal Caribbean International!
Offer not valid on Royal Caribbean International's sister lines (Celebrity Cruise Lines and Silversea). Booking must be made online or through Royal Caribbean International's customer call center. Not valid on in-cruise purchases. Offer not valid on third-party websites, through travel agencies or other travel providers. Purchase may be split into separate payments or deposits. Your 15% cash back will only be earned on payments or deposits made on or before the offer expiration date. Maximum cash back of $150 per customer.
Payment must be made directly with merchant
Cash back may not be processed until your travel or stay is completed.
If a merchant process your payment in separate transactions, you may only earn cash back on the value of the first transaction.
