I have an older version of this (no smart features, 1080p) and it's perfect for a little area we eat in that's away from the big TV. Turn the bass up on the sound and it's not bad at all.

For years i uses a 1080p insignia 22" tv as external monitor. Solid, no issue. And fire stick would power with usb port. Bought it for around $50 in 2018

Does the 2022 model function better than the 2020? I bought one for my moms kitchen and it is so slow and does some weird quirky things on top of it. Can you get antenna signal on a 24 inch monitor??

This Insignia 24" TV has pretty good internal speaker sound quality, actually. Better than the $94 Onn 43" and $99 Westinghouse 43" from Black Friday that I'm testing them right now.
