Bought one two weeks ago. Seems decent. You will need pliers to remove bits.

I hate/like this thing. Regular use it's terrible. Unlocks. For those times you need a swivel joint, it's great.

Definitely need pliers to remove the bits. It clicks and locks onto bits very tightly and there's hardly any place to grip with fingers to pull it out.

I've had this for almost 10 years apparently. As others have said, it's hard to get bits out, but is sure is useful when you need to get at something tucked in a corner. I would say it's easier to use than a full on 90 degree adapter, but sometimes that's called for as well. For instance, you could even drill a hole (with 1/4" based bits) in an awkward spot with this.

Three Camels shows that aside from some pandemic pricing, this has basically never been over $10. It's also the same price at Lowe's which you can stack a 10% discount if you're military.
