I was figuring the $100 gift card would be meaningful to some.

I've used GreenToe twice before and would recommend them, if you can wait, took weeks to get my TV both times.

It's not regular price, it's on sale for Christmas. It's the same price everywhere because as you said Sony sets the price and fines any retailer that goes below it. During BF the B9 65 was $2699.
