I get Hulu with ads for free with tmobile, but I never use it because I hate watching the ads so much.

Sounds like it's buying someone else's account from sketchy websites etc. That's too risky because If Google bans that account (like because the membership was bought with a stolen credit card), they will also ban ALL associated accounts including your personal and work Gmail accounts too.
