No, this is for air tools. The Dewalt tire inflator will, several deals posted periodically for that if you have the batteries. Otherwise, search for "air compressor for inflatables".

It's too bad DeWalt didn't allow for corded use as well. That would make this compressor truly great.

That's a decent deal! According to Brickseek, my local store shows it OOS at the $154 price. I may swing by there this am just to take a look to see if I can find one.

No, you want the opposite. A shop vac or a blow up fan made for that, is high air volume, low pressure. A compressor is high pressure, low air volume.
