FWIW, I do have meaning AUM @ Fidelity but I only trade about 10-20x per year, so probably do not generate enough transactional value for them.
I am only seeing 25% off, which is kind of BS considering if I move my money elsewhere, I'll get $3k-10k in transfer bonus if I just move partial account balance. The point is not that I can't afford Turbotax Premier, it's that they aren't giving the promotions to HNW clients that is frustrating.
Yes, I still do my own taxes because I figure by the time I finished gathering all the data, I am 80% done, would only take 2-3 more hours to finish and I don't have to wait for an accountant.
I guess Fidelity knows that as stingy as they may be in this promotion, they are banking on clients not switching and moving their money arounnd.

Logged in to my account, and both of them said to type in "Turbotax discount" in the search box at top right. Clicked on the first link, and it brought up an announcement page. They said it would also have a link to download the software instead of doing it online. We will see.😊
There is no known criteria. Fidelity doesn't say and it is very inconsistent in terms of who gets the offer.
