For those wondering about the Costco pricing, the discounts were announced in an ad in the January Costco Connections magazine. Current pricing and discounts valid from 1/18/25 to 2/7/25 are as follows:

Deluxe Federal only: $47.99 - $11 = $36.99
Deluxe Federal + State: $55.99 - $11 = $44.99
Premiere Federal + State: $82.99 - $18 = $64.99
Home & Business Federal + State: $95.99 - $20 = $75.99
Business Federal only: $143.99 - $30 = $113.99

I do think the $20 is valid without using the Chase link.

The terms include an asterisk after the 10%. The asterisk refers to must use the chase link for the 10%.

^ I think you are correct. Interestingly enough, the offer is now gone from my credit card offer page, so I assume it's "processing".

Looking at the Costco offer, this still would be the best deal. Fingers crossed.

both spouse & i (substantial balance for each) have had the free offer many many years.
this year neither has it...nor do newly created accounts for 2 kids (modest balance).
so 0/4 this year.

AMEX offers are usually credited shortly after purchase. Can you confirm if/when yours posts? I chose to use the Chase offer because the requirement to use their affiliate link appeared to be for an additional 10% CB in addition to the $20 credit. The AMEX offer requires that you use their affiliate link, which would negate the Fidelity 25% discount. Their terms:

"Earn a one-time $20 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $50 or more online at turbotax.intuit.com/affiliate/amex42"

Fidelity deluxe+state for 49+tax. 53.xx with tax - $20 off. P 33.xx.

Also TurboTax adv gives the state e-file for $20 instead of 25. So 5 off.

Ps: 1099 div & 1099-b can be imported using desktop deluxe. You don't need premier, all forms are same between deluxe and premier.

Good deal, cheaper than Amazon or Costco deal.

Amex offer works with Fidelity link. Just confirmed.

Does this include State return? I found that the download version Turbotax does not include State return. But the Costco edition does include State return
