Verizon unlocked iPhone is locked to t-mobile

Verizon unlocked iPhone is locked to t-mobile for no reason (Apple Store confirmed it) and t-mobile stores said the imei is not even in the their database. I trust Apple and I believe t-mobile has somehow put a lock on iPhone. but t-mobile is not willing to help. Apple Store refused to help saying t-mobile has put a lock. Verizon says they have not put any lock. So I am in no man's land.phone works with t-mobile only

I had the same issue, do a hard reset (factory restore) and it fixed the issue if the phone is actually paid off. Otherwise contact tech support of carrier you got phone from and they should be able to check. They need to issue you a new phone if can't get resolved

I filed FCC complaint, got a call from CEO office agent, got it unlocked in a minute
