I have bought a couple of this model. For a pair of cheap buds, this one actually is pretty good. The build quality is consistent. I get 3~6 hrs of listening per charge. I also wear them when I cut my lawn. The ANC could be better but is much better than other ANC headphones and buds in the $40~$60 range. I never buy any headphones over $120. So I cannot tell you how it is compared to those expensive ones.
Edit: I changed the default touch controls in the app so I wouldn't accidentally trigger something while napping during that flight and that capability alone is a major selling point.

My only issue is the size - the battery pack is the size of a small 5000mah powerbank.

Although it is not too comfortable but it serves the purpose to offset the noise on the plane.
And I fell asleep on the plane with it in the long flight and I was not afraid to lose the $15 earbuds. I would worry if it is $50 or more.
After my trip, I have not used it I will use it again in my next trip.
I do have a huge over the ear ANC headphone but I prefer something small enough to fit in my shirt pocket.
Actually, after I placed the order, I saw some bad reviews. Then I tried to cancel the order but Amazon said it was in "advance shipping process" and couldn't cancel. However, the shipping took many days and they couldn't cancel. I almost raised hell but I still failed to cancel. It finally arrived and I took it to a trip It turned out not too bad.
Honestly, even with the bulkiness of the case, it's cheap enough as a spare.
