This is actually a price increase they were 17.99 and still are at ACE. [acehardware.com]
Took a glace at a set of these, the craftmanship is terrible. They look like laughably bad counterfeits. As little machining as possible. Only bothered to knurl a few the of them but did so superficially they might as well have not. The corners of the square drive are barely rounded over each of differently like they were done by hand. Out of the package they already have rust inside the drive head.
Even if these were passable quality other than getting a few extra extensions most pieces would be redundant anyone with a basic socket set.
