Outdated screen aspect ratio and resolution (1920x1080 vs 1920x1200 at least, for modern laptops)
Tiny battery (53Whr for a power-hungry CPU, vs 70+Whr many mainstream even thin/light laptops)

I don't know about the quality reputation of MSI, but basically the only selling points here are the CPU + RAM
