Don't recommend gummies for beet root at all. Juice or crystals.

I don't know if this beet supplement craze has any validity but for $2.51, I'll just consider them candy. But its effect is easy to verify. Just take your blood pressure before you start and continue monitoring it regularly. If there's no downward trend in 3 months, I'm going back to Luden's throat drops for my candy fix.
