Good while it lasts. The lid uses plastic clips to hold it shut. Those clips wear down over time and the lid will not stay closed. It still brews with something sitting on top holding the lid closed. I did this for months before finally replacing it this week.

We've had this machine for about 5 years now and we've used it almost every single day using both of the functions possible and literally have never had a problem with this machine. We clean it about once every 6 months. This is not a paid review, I just think in a world of cheap sh!t, this was well worth the $160 or something we paid.

I've been using this one since 2018. Like others have said, the k-cup portion now doesn't want to stay closed. I put a bottle of water on top of it to keep it shut and it brews fine. I also only used distilled water as my tap water is liquid rock, other than the lid I've had no problems at all.
