This works just the same for me as Tylenol. "Amazon Basic Care Extra Strength Pain Relief, Acetaminophen Caplets, 500 mg, Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer 100 Count" $2.61 with S&S.

Yeah. You're basically just paying for the name and advertisements. I use the dollar general brand. Store brands are a lot cheaper and work just the same.

My wife and I prefer name-brand Tylenol. For whatever reason, we both find it more effective than generics.
