And, I was so psyched for the sequel....and so disappointed. I think they added way too many elements. For instance: there's basically a fast segway you can steal from the cannibals....that you need...because they made the island like 3x bigger than the first one. You ever drive a segway on paths through a forest? Yeah: really hard to control.
Regardless: for $2, this is a no-brainer.
Sank 10-20 hours into it, built a base and all. What completely kills the game is monster respawn. It literally renders all your actions useless and meaningless. You can't really "build up" your success. I found out 20 hours later I was exactly at square 1.
So I lost interest and abandoned it.
