These tool companies seem to have similar naming conventions for these items. Kit just means you get a battery. Anything with multiple tools is usually called a combo.

This is the only Dewalt purchase I regret. It uses a different type of toolless attachment that was not compatible with any of my other oscillating tool blades, scrapers, etc.
