Is anyone able to confirm that this particular sale does indeed come with the (preorder) steelbook? When I preordered the deluxe edition prior to the game coming out, I did not receive the steelbook even though the "free item" was listed with my order as well.

I imagine I'm probably late here but yes, mine did include the steel book. It shipped separately so initially, I didn't think I was getting one but a couple days later after receiving the game, I got one in the mail.
