Probably right. I think the Panasonic and eneloop LSD rechargeables are working just fine and have for many years.

These off brand batteries are good for about six months before they start quickly degrading into e-waste.
This brand/company seems eager to replace without much hassle...as long as you keep your five star review up.

Have had these 1 year. My kid plays xbox hours and hours to the point I have to make limits. His batteries are same brand and work great. Having 4 to rotate through has saved a lot of batteries. We previously chewed through 20 packs of AAs often. Worth it for this price.

Did you consider rechargeable AA's?

My previous off-brand xbox battery set lasted nearly 10 years but it's finally given up the ghost so I'll give these a shot.

I use normal rechargeable batteries for my Xbox. Why would someone need/get a special battery pack for this sole purpose is beyond me. It's as if an unnecessary need is being created.

Rechargeable 8 count batteries plus charger from top brands are available for this price on Amazon and one can use the batteries in so many different ways.

are you new to the world? "unnecessary need being created" is how the world works, hate to be the bearer of bad news...

Last time I had a console rechargable AAs didn't work with charging docks. You always needed whatever battery came with the dock because of the charging contacts.

As someone helpfully pointed out to me in a thread for a previous deal like this: Xbox controller batteries are wired in series instead of parallel to achieve the necessary voltage, so while the simple combined capacity of the batteries is 5,520mAh, the true capacity while running in parallel is half that (2,760mAh). Which is right in line with the eneloop Pros (2,600mAh per pair capacity in an Xbox controller). So don't buy them thinking you're going to get outrageously better battery life than other options.

Four packs for $22 is a solid deal if you don't already have rechargeables and have confidence in the brand. I've been running the same eneloops for years (some of them over a decade old now) that will work in every future Xbox controller that supports AA batteries, so I have no reason to buy anything else.

Eneloop or rechargeable lithium AA is the way to go now.

I found one that was for $16.99. Can't post link because I got yelled at from the mods for posting a link to a product with only 210 reviews.

mWh is not the same as mAh, but you are right it's not worth

$15 shipped better than Temu and 1 day transit. Thanks!
