FDA definition of sugars vs. added sugars. You should write them to get it changed.
Beware that this company is dishonest with the "sweetened with fruit" scam and refuses to list "date powder" as sugar, which is 66% sugar and has been used as sugar for thousands of years. Even worse, that sugar isn't even listed as such in the nutrition information, which is fraud. There is no way that there are only 7g of sugar in a 52g serving.
Probably but 6 months gives you a bigger grace period though

Thanks for sharing. Tried before at full price and liked them. 7g per serving is awesome; date sugar is delicious and lower GI than table sugar.

I agree that it is disingenuous to put no sugar on the label.

As someone who used to eat no sugars, and still consumes very little, I find 7g believable, it is not very sweet, which I appreciate.

I just noticed the subscribe and save now has to be changed at checkout for the frequency of delivery. Just a heads up to change it to a greater interval if you don't want them delivered every month

Pretty sure everyone just cancels after the first delivery, regardless of chosen frequency

Not so much about the sugar, but the fat content as I pay attention to both. This one has 11g of fat, 3 of which are saturated, and that's in 1/2 cup. I checked a couple of my other granolas and the highest one is 8g with 1 saturated. The difference is likely due to Cascadian's use of coconut oil.

If you're not concerned about sugar and fat, this is a good price.

.20 per ounce, or less, is when organic granola becomes a deal... Otherwise, just buy it in store all day long at Aldi for about .22 to .25 cents an ounce.
