Here's how I did it: with the Capital One Shopping browser extension installed on my Chrome desktop browser, go to frigidaire.com and add the fridge to your cart, go to the checkout page, and close the web page without finishing the checkout. About a day later, I got an e-mail for the 29.5% rewards for appliance purchase offer. I clicked through the e-mail link and purchased the fridge with the JANFLEX coupon. It's a targeted e-mail offer so YMMV.
