I took this stuffs 20-25 years ago before it became pretty mainstreamed. Definitely helped increasing strength and endurance. Added pounds and a few reps quickly to my bench press and squat. I stopped taking it eventually because it made me retain a lot of water and felt really bloated. Good for bulking phase.
