To have 20 shipped, the shipping cost is $302.78 on a $139.20 order without sales tax. That's over $20 each. Not a deal at all.

Nope, I ordered 4 on 2 Jan with no word on shipping till today (9 Jan), after i called them to see if they shipped yet. They conveniently sent an email an hour later stating they shipped today. Though no tracking ID yet either...

I just saw my order status says "Included in Shipment" but no tracking number just yet.

Received mine just about 20 mins ago. The outer container was very badly damaged with multiple cracks. Just submitted an inquiry to customer service to address the one broken container. We'll see how they do to keep my business for the future. Here's to hoping everybody else's arrive intact.
