This is one of several free-to-claim games on Steam by students from University of Southern California. Both the projects from USC Games and the ones from the Digipen campuses tend to be short & sweet things to try out and totally worth clicking through to claim. In rarer instances they can hint at excellent stuff you'll get to play later, like how Narbacular Drop ended up being the proof of concept for Portal 1.

The steam reviews, though not many, are pretty good.
Edit: played for 20 minutes. The visual effects of "crt" is kinda over the top. I mean like it can get to the point of annoying. Gameplay isn't bad though.
