There might be some confusion here, which I see in the comments.
Walmart+ is Walmart's basic delivery service. Pay $120/year or so, get a DoorDash/etc. employee to deliver food to you when you ask via the Walmart app or web page, and they expect a tip. Very expensive because of that extra tip cost. They don't deliver in-house, only to your front door / porch.
Walmart InHome is Walmart's premium delivery service. You need Walmart+, then you have to add InHome for another $40/year or so, and a *Walmart* employee (bonded, insured, trained, wonderful people) will deliver your food INSIDE YOUR HOUSE, directly into your fridge or countertop. No tip is permitted or asked for. This becomes far (far, far) cheaper once you use it a few times in the year duration. The Walmart employee gets an extra $1.50 an hour, I read, for this.
Once you add member pricing for fuel (alas, they don't deliver that in-home...) all of this becomes a no-brainer if you have a Walmart even remotely near you.
