There might be some confusion here, which I see in the comments.
Walmart+ is Walmart's basic delivery service. Pay $120/year or so, get a DoorDash/etc. employee to deliver food to you when you ask via the Walmart app or web page, and they expect a tip. Very expensive because of that extra tip cost. They don't deliver in-house, only to your front door / porch.
Walmart InHome is Walmart's premium delivery service. You need Walmart+, then you have to add InHome for another $40/year or so, and a *Walmart* employee (bonded, insured, trained, wonderful people) will deliver your food INSIDE YOUR HOUSE, directly into your fridge or countertop. No tip is permitted or asked for. This becomes far (far, far) cheaper once you use it a few times in the year duration. The Walmart employee gets an extra $1.50 an hour, I read, for this.
Once you add member pricing for fuel (alas, they don't deliver that in-home...) all of this becomes a no-brainer if you have a Walmart even remotely near you.

Edit: I was able to get holiday10 to work by moving everything out of my cart and starting the order over again. Using the website, and not the app.

Second, if you are paying more than $49 for W+, do the click cancel button, renew at $49 thing and get it right.
Then sign up for Walmart inHome delivery. There is no tip. Have them drop it at your door. You will move from uber eats rando's to Walmart staff delivery drivers in their own refrigerated van. They get your order right 95% of the time, or you won't be seeing them again. 4 orders, and you'll make your money back just in tips.
Lastly, if they do screw up your order, or you think the food/whatever sucks, do not call them. Initiate a chat on the website, and the AI will refund the item(s) instantly. You won't need to return anything.
Every time I pass a Walmart, and see the parking lot filled to the brim, with homeless people chasing you to your car, I realize how much I hate that place and never have to go into it again, and I'm happy. Sam's, Costco, and Amazon have nothing close to this with no markup or tips.
The only downside is that Walmart meat is fairly disgusting. I go elsewhere(to a butcher) for that.
