I wish it was double use, car and home.

You can get an adapter to go whichever way it doesn't go (one person said it's only cigarette lighter powered but the listing says powered by AC adapter) however the number of bad reviews kept me from picking this up for the car that doesn't have heated seats it's cheap but there might be a reason 🤷

I just got the bigger one and it was really crappy, the heat is bad and the massage feature was more of a vibration.

not expecting much.. some of my fancy ones practically burn my skin on medium heat.

doesn't matter how much were purchased. what matters is if the item is actually of decent quality.

reviews suggest otherwise.

for the money I'm good.. most reviews are full price. This deal is still alive and it's not that bad. I just go mine and the LARGE is BIG.. I prefer to make up my own mind at this price point and as such I kept my expectation low. I have chronic back pain and neck pain so I have more incentive to try it.

Actual needs and opinions vary. If I had to nitpick I'd say it smelled right out of the package but seems okay after an hour. The High vibe is acceptable but like others said, it is rather LOUD so I dialed it back to Low and it seems fine. So I'll crank up the music if I need HIGH settings. The heat is about right.. Either size is a good deal, you might want to check the actual measurements, I didn't put a lot of thought into it..

Edit.. let me revise that a bit with some further use.. both good and bad. The large size is almost permanent since it doesn't stow away easily here. More like a recliner plush modification that may help my old one.

I didn't read the manual so didn't realize there is only one setting for heat.. it's not that hot.. literally. And just two vibration modes.

And I think that charger is rather cheap thin wire so a bit of a concern with long term wear. No buyers regret, not yet.
