Might be targeted. Large 12" pan size accepted, 1800w, 900w, 700w. 106 temperatures 50F to 575F. New 2024 model with a much improved user-friendly interface and fine temperature control.

Very happy with my new 2024 top-of-the-line 1800w model. Purchase to upgrade my PIC Gold and older Titanium. Electronic switching eliminates the clicking relay pulse control. It continues to read real time food temperature out of the cooker and on the plate, Use with or w/o the probe which plugs in the side. Select target or hold temperature. Up to 12" pan bottom size. Comes with a silicon pan clip for liquids. I'm getting +- 1.5 degree temperature accuracy and fluctuation over a two hour braising and water hold temperatures. Four one touch + custom programs. Set and save extra programs for your favorite recipes.

Another listing for the same model 30221. More reviews to check out. https://www.amazon.com/Nuwave-Upg...0CZYNDWX3/
Also available "used like new" for $82.

For the low temperature stability test I used a Demeyere 7 ply sauce pan and a ThermoPro digital. I have been using Nuwave induction for 15+ years. Best model by far.

H price tracker shows $112 as the lowest price 120 days not showing a price dip for a few hours on Black Friday. The coupon is still there but has changed to 15% off for me. I posted this to help people avoid getting stuck with an inferior version. The style has not changed much and it is easy to get conned paying for a "new" but obsolete Nuwave produced 15 years ago. The first rule is to only buy Nuwave shipped and sold by Amazon never from a 3rd party seller. The second rule? Ignore all of the reviews online. The white rather than red display and the detachable probe identify the latest technology, an easy to use interface and precise temperature control. The UI on the older models is tedious. Slick to me is getting the best performer but if you hold out perhaps you'll see this 30221 version of Titanium for $100.

Multiple sub-par versions of Nuwave induction which look similar but do not have the functionality of the 30221 appear on Amazon and elsewhere. Many listings offer "new" product without advising that they are obsolete models as much as 15 years old.
