No additional email yet. They usually take a couple of days to process their orders. I've ordered from them in the past. Returns are a nightmare - takes even longer.

Mine came yesterday. Some of the yellow straps were disintegrating. The screen looks great, and I had no problems moving it with a furniture dolly and unboxing it myself. No issues with ripples or anything either.

Mine shows the image in the instructions, but the USB wasnt included in the box…

Mine was missing as well, you can grab one off of Amazon for $30 i believe if it's a feature you want.
