Unfortunately, no - you have to pay for the K-Cups using cash, credit card, or Staples gift cards to get the 100% back in points (make sure you activate the deal first, in your account!)
can you use points for this? use points for the purchase, get 100% back in points. is that the trick? so no actual dollar spent?
My discover card allows me to redeem staples gift cards with a 15% bonus. Totally forgot to use that for the battery purchase but will be doing so with the K-cups. This is the best way.
I recycled one battery today(1/3) and got 10/30 coupon printed, with exp of 1/4
Confirmed, I got a coupon (exp 01/04/2025) by recycling a battery today. & I didn't get a coupon when I recycled a battery yesterday (Thurs, 1/2/2025).
Anyone able to find out when this new coupon (that we get today) really expires?

It's interesting that they round down on the points. Since everything is priced ending at 99 cents it means it's not truly 100% rewards back.
Unfortunately true, but still worth it. Also, if you're using a Chase Ink Visa that gives you 5% back on office supply store purchases, you get $50 * 0.05 = $2.50 cash back, so hopefully that alleviates some of the pain.

The 1 cents (for ink and battery recycle) actually stay and not being deducted. Its a glitch in their system
