You pay monthly for a printer and ink. I got in on the $10 a month. For me, someone who doesn't really print anything but pictures and random forms, it's a great deal. I got a pretty decent all in one and I got ink shipped as soon as I need it. It's worth it for someone who doesn't print hundreds of pages at a time. If you print daily, go with something you can refill it at least find a bubble jet. Got $10 a month and just need a little more than basic printer? Then it's a good deal.
I just realized this was through best buy. I got mine from the HP website directly so ymmv.
