This is a new unit. I just picked one up at my local Home Depot. Follow the link and click the "see in-store clearance price" to change the price and check inventory. It does say ineligible for online order pickup, so YMMV. .

changed my mind and went back to HD... they still had two left. I bought both of them. (just in case one blows up like all the recent negative November-December reviews)
it's been a while since I've used a gas pressure washer(or gas anything). I added the exact amount of oil and gas described in the manual. (recorded everything on my phone so Ryobi can't claim that I didn't add oil or some other BS like that) Fired it up. It actually worked great. No oil leak after about 2 hours. Cleaned my 120-foot driveway and sideway with no issues. However, it was not much faster than my 1.2gpm 1900psi electric pressure washer. My guess is that the Ryobi specs are not quite accurate?
will use it again tomorrow to do my backyard patio. The concrete is about 20 x 40. IIRC, it took me about 40 minutes when I cleaned it with the electric pressure washer serveral months ago. Will see if the gas pressure washer is faster.
Thank you for posting the deal. I was able to find a slightly higher model 3300psi for $25 more. The girl helping at the counter offered a 2 year warranty for $35. I did not take it but she says $35 adds 2 years to the existing 3 years which makes it 5 years.

i think she's wrong...better check with someone else to make sure
Warranty is 3 year unit, 2 year engine. My local HD had about 8 of these with a big sign advertising 50% off. That was Saturday. Hadn't given it much thought until now. May go back for one.

two of my local Home Depots stores showed clearance pricing of $200...
sounds too good to be true... but I'll go there tomorrow and hope they have it in stock at $200!
(following the standard Slickdeals policy of "buy first, ask questions later" policy, of course)
by the way, what is Home Depot's return/exchange policy on clearance item such as this? (in case it turns out defective after I get it home?)
Thanks!
(screenshot.... with location covered up... sorry, but I dont' want to drive 30 miles and lose out to someone who sees my post..

I didn't want to take a chance because of all the bad reviews on homedepot.com about this model. (oil leaks, blown engine cover/piston, etc)
then again, maybe I should get one anyway? I assume it's still returnable if it blows up like the reviews said? (30-day return, if I'm not mistake)

Not every store has the "see in-store clearance price" link so shop around
