I have this. I have to disconnect and reconnect the Xbox adapter every time I power it up, before it will connect.

Have you updated the firmware? I've never had this issue with my headset. I updated the firmware as soon as I received it. I would return it or submit a warranty request, as that's not normal.

I'll give the firmware a shot, but they are out of warranty for sure. And for anyone considering these, they are a quality gaming headset outside of my issue. I'm happy with the audio and build quality.

My deal alert triggered as my set just started to static / short out. I was looking at https://www.rtings.com/headphones...e-headsets this morning for comparison of headsets.
For those of you who have this, how is the wireless range? I usually jump into Overwatch comp queue and grab water or bio break during the wait. My current set can go about 30 feet without issue.

I got the Nova 7x as well. No disconnection issues. like with the 9X. Also works flawlessly with my PS5

For PC use, their software is a buggy mess. I kinda hate it compared to my old Arctis 7 based on software alone.

Sometimes I go on and the headset doesn't work. But yeah everything's connected the other night I gave up. I woke up the next day and it started working
